Dec 18 Soup Kitchen

John writes: "I invited an area preacher to share his testimony to the soup kitchen crowd on December 18th, where about 35 people were present. Pasha talked about how he had formerly been an atheist and on the verge of suicide one night when he finally asked God for a sign. Pasha had planned to end his life in the morning if God didn't respond to his cry for help. Incredibly, Pasha woke up during the night, turned the TV on, and CNL, the only Christian TV station in the former USSR at that time, just happened to pop up on the screen. He had never even heard of that channel before let alone watch it. Needless to say, Pasha knew that God had answered his prayer and he immediately chose to follow the Lord Jesus Christ. He's now been in the ministry for about six years and receives absolutley no salary for his service. Please pray for Pasha and Yulia as they continue to pour their hearts and souls into their ministries for the glory of God. "
